歡迎使用由 Bootleg Bites（以下稱「我們」）提供之「Bootleg Bites」（以下稱「本服務」）。使用本服務即表示您同意本條款。
一、服務內容
本服務為行動遊戲，實際功能以應用程式內說明為準。我們得因營運需要調整、更新服務內容，重大變更將以適當方式公告。
二、帳號
- 您應妥善保管帳號；因您保管不周致生之損害，由您自行負擔。
- 您可隨時於應用程式內或透過 https://bootlegbites.cc/delete-account 刪除帳號。
三、費用
本服務目前為免費下載與遊玩，不含應用程式內購買。日後若新增付費項目，我們將先行公告並於購買前明確標示價格與內容。
四、使用規範
您不得：以外掛、修改程式等方式破壞遊戲公平性；騷擾其他使用者；對本服務進行逆向工程（法律允許者除外）。
本服務允許您自行為產品命名，該名稱會被同一條街的其他玩家看到。您不得使用含有辱罵、歧視、色情、暴力、違法、侵害他人權利或冒用他人身分之名稱。我們對這類內容採零容忍：遊戲內提供檢舉與封鎖功能，經查證屬實者，我們得逕行移除名稱、暫停或終止該帳號，且不另行通知。
五、智慧財產權
本服務之程式、美術、音樂與其他內容之智慧財產權均屬我們或授權人所有。
六、免責與責任限制
本服務依「現狀」提供。就非因我們故意或重大過失所生之損害，我們不負賠償責任；法律有強制規定者，從其規定（本條款不排除依法不得預先排除之責任）。
七、條款變更與終止
我們得修訂本條款並於應用程式內或官網公告；您於公告後繼續使用視為同意。
八、準據法與管轄
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；因本條款所生爭議，除法律另有規定外，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。消費爭議亦得依消費者保護法向各地消費者服務中心申訴。

Welcome to "Bootleg Bites" (the "Service") provided by Bootleg Bites ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a mobile game. We may update or adjust features for operational reasons; material changes will be announced.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. You may delete your account at any time in the App or via https://bootlegbites.cc/delete-account.
3. Fees
The Service is currently free to download and play and contains no in-app purchases. If paid items are added later, we will announce them in advance and state the price and contents clearly before any purchase.
4. Conduct
You may not: use cheats or modified clients to undermine fair play; harass other users; or reverse-engineer the Service (except where the law permits it).
The Service lets you name your own products, and that name is visible to other players on your street. You may not use names that are abusive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, unlawful, infringing, or that impersonate someone else. We have zero tolerance for such content: the game provides reporting and blocking, and where a report is substantiated we may remove the name and suspend or terminate the account without further notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content of the Service is owned by us or our licensors.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages not caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes and Termination
We may amend these Terms with notice in the App or on our website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes are subject to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, except where law provides otherwise.
